with banana, no-bake
Description
Banoffee pie turns out very tender and delicious, more like a cake. This dessert is no-bake, which is very convenient in hot weather. For banoffee, use shortbread or biscuit cookies, preferably dry. If the crumb mixture doesn't hold together well after adding butter, add a bit more butter. If you don't like sweetened condensed milk, you can make thick caramel instead.
