    Mix the rice flour and starch.

    Then add water. Mix the batter thoroughly and let it rest for about 30 minutes. The batter should be thinner than what we use for our Russian thin pancakes. Stir the batter periodically.

    While the dough is resting, you can prepare the filling. Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water, then chop them. Peel the onion and chop it as well.

    Then simply sauté the ground pork with onion and mushrooms in a skillet, and season with salt. Adjust to taste by adding pepper and other spices.
