
Bananas in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use this batter not only for bananas but also for other fruits, such as apples, plums, mangoes, peaches. The finished dish can be decorated with chocolate, nuts, cinnamon, and other ingredients to your liking. You'll enjoy this dish both hot and cold. Serve chilled.

1. Place the eggs in the refrigerator beforehand, separate the yolks from the whites. Put the whites into the freezer for a few minutes. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar, add cold water, mix in the flour, and stir. Whip the chilled egg whites until stiff. Combine the whites with the yolks—this mixture is the batter.

2. Peel the bananas, cut them in half, then slice each half lengthwise.

3. Put a little flour on a plate, coat each piece of banana in flour, then dip it into the prepared batter. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and place the battered pieces onto the hot surface of the pan.

4. Transfer the fried bananas to a plate, and while still hot, sprinkle them with grated chocolate and chopped walnuts.
