Banana pudding

Description

Mix sugar, flour, salt, and eggs in a saucepan. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly, until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Cool. Place a vanilla wafer in a dish. Mash bananas and combine with the egg mixture. Layer as follows: wafer + cream + wafer + cream. Top with whipped cream.
