
Banana cake in a multicooker
Description
Brown sugar gives the caramel a special flavor. But the cake will be just as delicious with regular sugar. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients.

Evenly sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom of the multicooker and lightly spray it with water. Place on top the peeled and halved bananas—three pieces.

Mash the remaining bananas with a masher and mix with sour cream to prevent them from darkening.

Separately beat the eggs with sugar until the volume increases threefold.

Sift the mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl with bananas and sour cream.

Add the beaten eggs on top and gently but quickly mix the batter with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the multicooker bowl over the arranged bananas.

Bake in "Baking" mode for about 35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
