Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients listed. Choose bananas that are not too ripe so the slices keep their shape well when cut.
- 2
Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into a deep container and pour in kefir of any fat content. Add sugar and salt and beat thoroughly for 2–3 minutes. You can add vanilla sugar or ground cinnamon to taste.
- 3
Step 3

Add the baking powder and top-grade wheat flour. Carefully fold them into the mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter into it. Peel and slice the bananas. Arrange the slices on the batter and drizzle with lemon juice so they do not darken.
- 5
Step 5

Cover the container with a lid and place it on the stove, turning on minimum heat. Simmer the pie for about 20–25 minutes depending on the width of your pan.
- 6
Step 6

The bake is ready when the top is nicely steamed through and the bottom is golden brown. You can turn off the heat and let the pie cool in the skillet without the lid for 5–10 minutes — then it will come out easily.
- 7
Step 7

Put the banana cake on the plate from the skillet.
- 8
Step 8

Cut the banana pie into pieces and serve it with hot tea, milk, or lemonade. Bon appétit!
