Banana mousse with cream

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use ripe bananas for the mousse, but make sure they show no signs of spoilage, as the fruit won't undergo heat treatment. If desired, replace sugar with honey. Use high-quality, well-chilled cream. You can serve the dessert immediately or refrigerate it for 2–3 hours. Serve chilled.

Peel the bananas, slice them into pieces, and place them in the blender container. Add powdered sugar and lime juice to the bananas, then blend until smooth.
