Banana mousse for cake
Description
For the mousse, use ripe, sweet bananas without any signs of spoilage. Be sure to wash the bananas before using, as they will not undergo heat treatment. Use the mousse immediately after preparation, as it sets quickly. If the cream is used as a filling between cake layers, pour it into a springform ring to achieve an even layer.
