Banana loaf cake in a bread machine
Description
You can confidently add raisins to the dough along with the banana. Store-bought kefir or sour cream will work instead of clabber. Baking soda can be replaced with baking powder; you do not need to activate it with vinegar—the fermented dairy product will handle that perfectly. You can serve it with tea or coffee.
