Banana pancakes with kefir
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. When choosing bananas for the pancakes, pick ripe or overripe ones—they’re sweeter. If you don’t have any, add 1 tablespoon more sugar to the batter. Remember that the pancakes are cooked in a dry pan, without greasing. They should turn out fluffy, and you can adjust the size. Baking is done. Serve at the table.
