Banana Pancakes with Sour Cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making the pancakes, use low‑fat sour cream — 10‑15%, the batter will have the right consistency. For flavor, add a banana, preferably one that is soft, very ripe, then it will turn into an excellent banana puree. It can be served with tea or coffee.
