
Banana Muffins with Honey and Peanut Butter

1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C, line a 12‑cup muffin pan with paper liners, then spray with oil. Set aside.

2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture.

3. Mash the banana until it reaches a puree consistency. Mix the banana, yogurt, egg, water, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.

4. Add the resulting mixture into the well in the flour. Mix well. The dough will be dense.

5. Fill each compartment of the mold to three‑quarters full with dough.
