Banana muffins
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Place muffins only in a well-heated oven, so they "burst" and become even more appetizing. After cooling, you can glaze them or sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with whipped cream. Good luck! Check the recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the muffins. Measure out the amount of sugar and flour, cut a piece of butter. If you don't have scales, use approximately 1.5 cups of flour, with one cup being 200 ml. Let's get started.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the banana. If it's too soft, simply mash it with a fork. Add sugar and egg. Mix the ingredients together.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the butter coarsely on a grater; you can also use room-temperature butter and add it to the dough as convenient.
- 4
Step 4

Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix with a mixer or fork until the dough reaches a smooth, soft consistency.
- 5
Step 5

Take silicone or non-stick molds, place paper liners inside, and fill them two-thirds full with batter. Put the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes. Oven temperature — 180 degrees.

Step 6

Banana muffins are ready! Let them cool completely — and serve with tea.
