Banana muffins with nuts
Description
Banana nut muffins are a very tasty dessert that comes together quite quickly and easily—the main thing is to follow the steps and not skip anything. By the way, if you don’t have a piping bag, that’s not a problem! It’s very easy to make one at home. Take a cellophane bag, cut or snip off one corner—and your piping bag is ready. Good luck and enjoy. The bake is done. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat room-temperature butter with a mixer, add sugar, and beat again until light and fluffy.
- 2
Step 2

Bananas (preferably soft) should be mashed to a puree and added to the butter.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour with baking powder into the butter mixture. Mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.
- 4
Step 4

Add the chopped nuts to the same mixture as well. You can use any nuts—almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts.
- 5
Step 5

Separately, beat the egg whites, add the cream, then a little sugar, and beat again until the mixture is light and airy.
- 6
Step 6

To the main mixture (the batter), add one quarter of the beaten egg whites. Fold gently. Then fold in the remaining egg whites.
- 7
Step 7

Then divide the dough among the molds. Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the frosting. To do this, in a bowl mix cream cheese, then add the cream (100 g) and powdered sugar one after the other. Beat on LOW speed. You get a delicate frosting.

Step 9

Store the cream in the refrigerator and decorate with it only after the cupcakes have completely cooled. Decorate using a piping bag.
