Banana mousse
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The word "soufflé" translates from French as "breath." That means a good banana soufflé should be airy, soft, and tender :) Thanks to its delicate texture, this soufflé can even be served to very young children—it will be easy for them to chew and digest. That said, adults too can't resist devouring it with coffee or tea :) The dessert is ready to be served.

Grease the soufflé molds with butter, then transfer the soufflé mixture into them. Fill the molds about halfway—they will rise further during baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Ready!
