Banana dessert
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. No one will be able to resist these banana cookies, as besides their bright flavor, they are also healthy, thanks to one of the ingredients—flower honey. This dessert is very convenient to make with children—they love layering ingredients in containers. The ready dessert can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of honey, you can use sugar or another sweetener.
- 2
Step 2

Peel one banana and mash it into a puree in a deep container. Add sour cream of any fat content, pour in lemon juice, and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix everything thoroughly. The mixture should end up neither too thick nor too runny—that's how it should be.

Step 3

Divide the crumb mixture into two parts, and then divide one of those parts in half again. Pour into glasses, cups, or small bowls. The crumbs can be made from any type of shortbread cookie, leftover cake layers, etc.
- 4
Step 4

Divide the cream into two parts and place it on the crumb in glasses.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the second banana, slice it, divide into two portions, and place one portion into the cream, arranging the slices against the sides of the glasses or cups if they are transparent.
- 6
Step 6

Sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture. Arrange the remaining banana slices on top and drizzle with the remaining honey. Place the pastries in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes, or you can leave them overnight.

Step 7

Serve the chilled dessert with hot beverages.
