Banana cookies
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. "Biscotti" cookies are one of the most popular desserts not only in Italy, but all over the world. This dessert has been known since medieval times. Italian housewives used to bake it and soak it in sweet syrup. Sailors took biscotti on long voyages because it was high in calories and had a long shelf life. Today, there are many biscotti recipes with various fillings. I particularly like the version with banana, pumpkin, and pecans. It turns out aromatic and softer than the classic version. Today I'm sharing my recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
