Banana ice cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Take firm but ripe bananas and peel them. Cut each banana in half crosswise and insert an ice cream stick into each half. Line a tray with parchment paper, place the bananas on it, and put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Grind the nuts into fine crumbs using a coffee grinder. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place the bowl with chocolate over a saucepan of boiling water of suitable diameter. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler until a smooth chocolate mixture forms, add vegetable oil and mix. Dip each banana into the chocolate, let the excess chocolate drip off, and allow the coating to set. Dip the "ice cream" treats into the chocolate once again and roll them in the nuts. Place the bananas on a plate and return to the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve the finished dessert chilled.
