Banana Diet Ice Cream
Description
Fragrant banana-flavored ice cream will delight everyone in your household when served for dessert. For children, it's best to let the treat warm slightly to room temperature or serve it with tea. The ice cream may change color slightly during freezing, but it will remain just as delicious.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content and type: cow's, goat's, coconut, or soy milk.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds, then place them in the blender or food processor bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Add honey and milk to the container. If desired, you can replace the milk with mineral water mixed with lemon juice—it will prevent the treat from darkening. However, do not add lemon juice to milk—it may curdle!
- 4
Step 4

Process everything for 3-5 minutes in pulse mode until it becomes a smooth puree.
- 5
Step 5

Pour the resulting banana mixture into the prepared molds.
- 6
Step 6

Insert wooden sticks or special plastic sticks into the mixture.
- 7
Step 7

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- 8
Step 8

Then remove the molds from the freezer, hold them by the sticks, dip under a stream of water for 10 seconds, and remove the ice cream from the molds. Serve chilled.
