Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Place the cottage cheese into a deep container. Separate the chicken egg into white and yolk. Add the yolk to the container, and beat the egg white with a mixer. Add salt and sugar to the cottage cheese. Optionally, you can add vanilla sugar or another flavoring.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the banana and rinse it in water, then slice it into rounds. Using a fork, mash all the contents of the container together, mixing them well.
- 4
Step 4

Place the whipped egg white into the mixture and stir. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

Add the wheat flour and baking powder, and mix them into the mixture. You should end up with a dough similar in texture to sponge cake—loose, not dense.
- 6
Step 6

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and place the dough in it. Put the pan in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Keep an eye on the surface of the baked goods to prevent burning. Check the pudding's doneness in the center with a wooden skewer—it should come out dry.
- 8
Step 8

Remove the finished pudding from the mold, let it cool slightly, and cut into portions. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
