Banana-Chocolate Souffle
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Banana-chocolate mousse has a very delicate texture with a subtle banana aftertaste. Choose a well-ripened banana, but not spoiled. Use high-quality chocolate, as it affects the final result. I used chocolate chips; if using chocolate bar, be sure to chop it into small pieces. For a creamier taste, substitute milk with heavy cream. The ready dessert can be served immediately.
