
Banana-Cucumber Ice Cream

Both children and adults will be delighted by this refreshing summer dessert. Prepare several servings in advance, because everyone will ask for seconds. By the way, no one will guess that fresh cucumber is one of the ingredients.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose young, non-bitter cucumbers.

Rinse the cucumbers in water and peel them. Peel the banana. Cut the cucumbers and bananas into small cubes.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar or vanilla, and pour in the lemon juice. Be sure to add lemon juice—it will prevent the banana slices from browning.
