Banana casserole with yogurt
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you have watery cottage cheese, add bran to the batter instead of flour. This recipe contains neither flour nor sugar, but you can't call the casserole diet-friendly (even if you use low-fat cottage cheese), since bananas are naturally very sweet. If you use crumbly cottage cheese, simply add eggs and yogurt to the mixture, then beat well. You can prepare this casserole with raisins, dried fruits, or even nuts. Serve warm.

Step 1

1. I prepare this dessert quickly and easily. This recipe works the same way for both oven and multicooker. Its distinctive feature is that the casserole requires neither flour nor sugar (bananas serve as a sugar substitute). So first, we need to blend the cottage cheese and chop the fruits.

Step 2

2. Cut the bananas lengthwise and place them in a greased baking dish – this will be our base. Meanwhile, beat the cottage cheese and plain drinking yogurt, then add a little cinnamon or vanilla sugar (to your taste).

Step 3

3. Pour the mixture into the pan over the bananas and place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. After baking, remove the casserole and let it stand for a few minutes to allow it to be easily removed from the pan.

Step 4

4. Cut and serve the casserole. I like to top it with condensed milk, jam, or simply syrup.
