Banana tincture on alcohol
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Purified 70% alcohol is best for the tincture. However, if you use a lower alcohol concentration, reduce the amount of water proportionally. This ratio will result in a tincture of approximately 35-38% alcohol. Choose overripe but not spoiled bananas, as they have a more pronounced aroma and flavor. Serve chilled.
