with cottage cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Don't worry if the filling turns out less thick than in my photo—it depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese does release liquid, just drain it and proceed with filling. This pastry is made in one go—literally! While the blender is mixing the dough, you'll have time to prepare the filling. Then comes the fun and enjoyable part of shaping the "bananas," which kids especially love. It doesn't take long at all, but brings lots of pleasure.
