Banana split
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The banana is fried in its peel to help it keep its shape and prevent it from spreading. However, if you prefer a softer texture, you can peel it first. It's best to fry the banana on a grill pan to get attractive grill marks. While frying, you can add a few teaspoons of brandy to the pan. Instead of melted chocolate, you can use jam, preserves, syrup, or any sweet sauce as a topping. Serve chilled.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature. For the dessert, you will need two scoops of soft ice cream. It's best to choose plain creamy ice cream without additives or food coloring.
