Banana with chocolate in lavash
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Lavash is rolled up with a filling of banana and pieces of dark chocolate. The rolls are fried in butter, becoming aromatic with a crispy, golden crust on top. During cooking, the chocolate melts completely into a liquid state. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for cooking the dish. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it can soften.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the bananas. Cut each banana in half lengthwise. Break the chocolate bar into pieces of arbitrary shape and size.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the thin lavash sheet into identical rectangular pieces. The size of the cut pieces depends on the banana size—they should be wider and longer than the fruit. Spread each lavash piece with soft butter around the edges; this will make the lavash softer and easier to roll into a roll.
- 4
Step 4

Place half a banana in the center of the lavash. If the banana is very curved, you can cut it crosswise into two pieces, making it easier to roll up in the lavash.
- 5
Step 5

Place chocolate pieces on top of the banana. Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content works best.
- 6
Step 6

First, fold the lavash on the sides, then wrap the banana and chocolate in several layers of lavash. Form the other pieces in the same way.
- 7
Step 7

Place a skillet of suitable diameter over heat and grease the surface with butter. Place the prepared pieces on the hot butter.
- 8
Step 8

Fry the rolls over medium heat, covered, so that the chocolate inside melts completely. When one side of the rolls is browned, flip them to the other side.
- 9
Step 9

After frying, place the banana and chocolate in lavash on a paper towel to remove the excess oil. Drizzle the rolls with chocolate when serving.
- 10
Step 10

Can be served.
