Banana
Description
The sweetness of this dessert can be adjusted to taste. I used cottage cheese (homemade is fine) as the "cake layer." I really enjoy the combination of soft cottage cheese, sweet banana, and slightly bitter, bittersweet chocolate. The dessert can be decorated with any nuts, or you can skip them altogether.

Step 1

1. Put the cottage cheese into a bowl. I didn't sieve it, but you can if you prefer—this will make the dessert's texture more uniform and lighter. Add granulated sugar to taste (I used 2 tablespoons).

2. Add 1 tablespoon of softened butter to the cottage cheese mixed with sugar.
