Gammon in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll tell you. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Rinse the pork, dry it, and stuff it with coarsely chopped garlic. In a bowl, mix the juice of half a lemon, basil, soy sauce, oil, sugar, ginger, and salt. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 2 hours. Separately, soak the prunes.

Step 2

2. Now place the prunes on top of the meat, along with any remaining garlic, and add the nuts. Wrap this "sandwich" tightly in foil and cook for one and a half hours using the "Baking" setting.

Step 3

3. When you hear the beep, poke the meat. Depending on your preference, you can bake it a bit longer to get a firmer crust while keeping the meat less tender. However, it's important not to over-dry it, so add no more than 10-15 minutes at a time if needed. And here's the beautiful result!
