Fish in Foil
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. This simple foil-wrapped balyk recipe never stops delighting me. Honey marination happens quite quickly: even if the meat sits for just half an hour, the honey flavor will already be noticeable in the finished dish. Mustard and garlic keep the appetizer from becoming too sweet and keep it tangy and very tasty. By the way, many home cooks use grated horseradish instead of mustard in this recipe. I haven't tried it, but they say it's tasty too. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

2. Next, generously rub with a mixture of mustard and crushed garlic and wrap in foil. Bake for about an hour in a preheated oven. At the very end, remove the top layer of foil so the meat browns.
