Balachan-dish
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. If you'd like a milder flavor for your sauce, replace some of the chili peppers with red bell pepper. This will give Balachan a slightly sweet taste, making it just as delicious and suitable even for ladies. Although shrimp paste is included in the sauce, our family has no problem enjoying it with meat dishes. I highly recommend trying to prepare Balachan—a dish that lets you experience authentic Asian cuisine.
