Eggplants in chicken fillet

Description

Eggplants are washed, cut into small pieces, and salted. Let them sit for about 20–30 minutes, then rinse again and dry. After that, fry them with finely chopped onions until fully cooked. Add previously chopped herbs to the mixture. Cut chicken fillet into strips, season with salt and pepper, then fry in oil until completely cooked. Once both ingredients are ready, layer them in a baking dish, placing grated cheese between the layers. Pour sour cream over the top, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake until a golden crust forms. Let the dish cool down. Before serving, sprinkle with cloves and garnish with fresh herbs.
