Asian-style glazed eggplants

Description

Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil, and set aside. Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise. Brush both sides of the eggplants with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and season with salt. Grill until the eggplants are tender, about 4 to 7 minutes per side. Brush both sides with the prepared glaze and return the eggplants to the grill. Grill for about 1 minute per side. Serve the eggplants hot.
