
Eggplants with pork
Description
This recipe for eggplants with pork is great because it makes a complete dish that can serve as lunch or dinner for the whole family. If desired, you can also add some cheese to create a delicious, crispy topping.

1. Wash the eggplants, dry them, and slice into rounds. Lightly salt and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly and dry well. This will remove the bitterness from the eggplants.

2. Sprinkle the eggplants with vegetable oil and place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Put in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

3. Wash the pork and pass it through a meat grinder. Transfer to a frying pan and fry for 10-15 minutes. Add a little salt and spices. Stir occasionally during cooking to prevent lumps from forming.
