Thai-Style Eggplant
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Many of us have long been fans of Asian cuisine. You don't need much skill to prepare these dishes at home. Just keep in mind that not everyone may like the specific combination of ingredients. To make Thai-style eggplant, one large eggplant is enough. You can use regular or rice vinegar. But it's still better to use brown sugar specifically—to preserve the original recipe. The dish is essentially a standalone course, but you can also serve it with meat as a side. It can be served warm or chilled.
