Romanian-style eggplants
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Romanian-style eggplants are easy to prepare at home. You can also add sweet peppers, which should be roasted in the oven or on the grill. Feel free to add herbs, hot pepper, and any sauce to taste. Serve hot.

1. For this dish, you will need to bake the eggplants in the oven. I usually do this on a grill, but sometimes I use foil in the oven.

2. Peel and place on a plate. When the eggplants have cooled, chop them with a knife.

3. Now prepare the marinade: boil 2 cups of water, add spices (peppercorns, bay leaf, salt), and finally pour in the vinegar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

4. Now let the marinade cool and pour it over the chopped eggplants. Optionally, you can add hot pepper (to taste) and fresh herbs.
