Eggplants fried with garlic and sour cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Eggplants are quickly fried in a pan, absorbing the flavors of onion, dill, and sour cream, which gently coats the vegetable pieces. Then everything is topped with cheese pieces that melt and form a delicious cheesy crust! Very tasty! These eggplants are good both hot and cold. They can be served as a snack or as a stew with a side of rice or potatoes. Serve hot.
