    Cut the eggplant into rounds (2 cm thick). Salt and pepper both sides.

    Place the eggplant, rosemary, and whole garlic cloves in a bag.

    The eggplant should be coated with olive oil.

    Place the eggplant packet in to boil for one hour.

    After an hour, take out the eggplant and place it on the grill. Grill for 1–2 minutes on each side. Before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cheese.
