Bites
Description
Let me tell you — serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Thaw the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces (one bite each).
- 3
Step 3

Make the sauce: break an egg, pour in the milk, and add half a cup of flour. Beat until it reaches the consistency of thin sour cream. Add a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon of paprika, and a tablespoon of spices to the same mixture. I use chicken spices; you can add any others to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Place the cut chicken pieces in this sauce and leave to marinate.
- 5
Step 5

Take a regular cellophane bag, pour in 1.5 cups of flour, paprika, hot pepper, and spices to taste. Add the chicken pieces from the sauce, hold the bag shut with your hand, and shake well.
- 6
Step 6

Place a deep skillet or sauté pan on the stove, pour in a large amount of oil, and when it is hot, add the chicken pieces coated in the breading. The oil should completely cover the chicken. Fry for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer the fried pieces to a paper towel to remove excess fat. While one batch is frying, shake the next batch in the bag at the same time.

Step 7

The bites are ready. Serve them with the sauce, of course—you can't do without it!
