Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. Mix the dry ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Add the egg yolk and oil. Gradually pour in the warm water. The batter should flow freely off a spoon, like thin pancake batter. Mix the batter and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 45 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Grease a cold skillet with vegetable oil. Pour the batter exactly into the center, and do not tilt the skillet so the batter doesn't spread across the entire surface. Cook the pancakes for 4 minutes over high heat on one side only—do not flip them. Numerous small holes should appear on the surface. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Step 4

Beat the butter and honey until smooth. Place the prepared baghirs on a plate in a single layer and spread them with honey butter. Fry the next batch of baghirs.

Step 5

Ready. Serve at the table.
