
Baguettes with herbs
Description

1. For baguettes, prepare the dough using traditional recipes. First, melt a little butter in hot water. Add sugar and salt to it. Pour everything into the bread machine container.

2. Mix the dry yeast with the flour and pour into the container. Set the program to "Baguettes". Turn on with the "Start" button.

3. Wash the greens, dry them on paper towels, and chop.

4. Add the herbs to the bread machine after you hear the first signal. Remove the dough from the container after you hear the second signal. Lightly flour the work surface, place the dough on it, and divide it into four parts.

5. Flatten these portions into an oval-shaped patty, tuck the edges toward the center, and roll out again, shaping the dough into an oval and thoroughly pressing it with your hands. Repeat this process three to four times. Place the baguettes onto baking forms, cover with a towel, and let them rest for about twenty minutes. Make three to four diagonal slashes on the baguettes, moisten with water, and place them into the bread machine.

6. When the "Baguettes" program is complete, transfer them to a cutting board, lightly spray with water, cover with a towel, and let them rest for a while.
