1. For the dough, first mix the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a bit of vanilla. Then add water, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, and sour cream. Mix well. Bake the cake base at 200 degrees for 15–20 minutes, until the center remains moist. Let it cool.

2. For the cream, melt the butter over low heat, then add cocoa, milk, powdered sugar, and a little vanilla. Mix well. As soon as the cream begins to bubble, add the nuts and remove from heat. Now cover the base completely with the cream on all sides. If the base does not have a moist creamy center, cut the cake layer in half and spread the cream between the layers.
