
Azú in a multicooker
Description
Azú is one of our family's favorite dishes. We used to cook it only occasionally, but now we prepare it almost every week. The reason? The multicooker. This amazing appliance makes the process of cooking azú so simple that preparing this dish has become a real pleasure. In my opinion, the taste even turns out better than when cooked the traditional way. So, here's the recipe for azú in a multicooker—enjoy! ;)

So, if you want to learn how to cook azu, use this simple recipe: 1. Peel the onion, wash it, and slice into half-rings.

2. Peel and wash the carrots, then cut into thin strips. Turn on the multicooker, select the "Baking" mode, set the time for 30 minutes. Heat the oil. Add the onion and carrots, sauté well.

3. Cut the meat into small portion-sized pieces, add to the onion and carrots, and fry everything together.

4. Slice the cucumbers into half-rings or strips, depending on your preference. Place them on top of the meat.

5. Sauté the meat and vegetables, stirring occasionally. While the meat is cooking, peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into cubes. Then add them to the meat.

6. Once the potatoes are fried, pour in 1 cup of water, add tomato paste, salt, pepper, and spices. Then switch the multicooker to the "Soup" setting, set the time for 50 minutes, and close the lid. After the signal, let the dish simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
