Beef stew with potatoes in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Traditionally, azu is made with pork or lamb. I've described the version using lamb. Preparing potato azu with lamb in a multicooker isn't very difficult. Add spices to taste—I personally prefer to include ground red pepper and bay leaf, which only enhances the dish. Let's get started. Serve hot.
