    Prepare all the ingredients from the list. If you plan to make delicious azu using beef, there's no need to buy premium expensive cuts. Even parts with connective tissues are suitable for stewing: shoulder, rump, or round. During stewing, all the connective tissues will break down into collagen, making the pieces of azu tender, juicy, and nutritious.

    Rinse the beef under cold running water and pat dry. Cut into long pieces and place in the multicooker bowl.
