Tatar-style beef azyu
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish, Tatar-style beef azu, is quite simple to prepare at home. Moreover, you can adjust the cooking time yourself! For example, if you pre-fry the meat and potatoes over high heat, the azu will cook much faster! The same goes for the sauce—there's no need to cook the azu until completely dry; personally, I prefer when the ingredients are "swimming" in a tomato broth. In short, I'll share with you the classic recipe for Tatar-style beef azu, and I hope you'll enjoy the result. Serve hot.
