Pork Azu in a Multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I like this recipe for cooking pork azu in a multicooker for its simplicity—you only need to add ingredients from time to time, and the rest of the time you can just go about your business! Of course, the classic azu recipe calls for lamb instead of pork, but this version with pork always turns out the most delicious and aromatic for me. So feel free to experiment, and good luck! :) The ready dish can be served at the table.
