
Pork Azu
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork azu can be served with mashed potatoes, porridge, or pasta. Serve it hot, and if you've made a large portion, store the leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat before serving. You can substitute pork with beef or lamb. Serve hot.

1. Wash the meat and cut it into small elongated pieces.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it, add the meat and fry over low heat for several minutes.
