
Azú made from chicken gizzards
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken offal azu is a simple dish to make. First, fry the offal with onions, then simmer in tomato sauce. At the end, add pickled cucumbers for flavor—they will give the dish originality and a characteristic tang. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the chicken gizzards and cut into medium pieces.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Pour oil into a saucepan and gently heat. Add the offal with the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes until a desired golden crust forms.

Pour in 1 cup of water and simmer over low heat until tender, about 35 minutes. Most of the water may evaporate.

Mix the tomato paste with flour and add 1 cup of water.
