
Dietary Turkey Azu
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish is not high in calories, so it's suitable for those who monitor their diet. Turkey fillet is not fatty at all, so this version of azu will be an excellent choice for dinner. Thanks to the spices and herbs, it turns out very aromatic. Serve hot.

Wash the turkey fillet under running water, dry with paper towels, and remove any membranes. Then cut the fillet into small pieces.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small pieces as well. Then fry the vegetables together with the turkey fillet in the pan.

Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Then cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the pan with the other ingredients to sauté. Season the pan contents with salt and pepper, add water, and simmer until the meat is cooked.

Peel the garlic cloves and wash the herbs. Finely chop the ingredients with a sharp knife. Then add them to the pan and simmer for another ten minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips and fry until cooked in a separate pan, then add to the azu. Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
